Place2Be is a children’s mental health charity with over 25 years’ experience working with pupils, families and staff in UK schools.   The theme of Children’s Mental Health Week 2021 is Express Yourself.  Click on the link to explore ideas for taking a break from your screen this week, being creative and expressing yourself.  Among other things being creative and expressing yourself can help you to relax and de-stress and it can generate “feel-good” endorphins which can lift your mood, help you feel empowered, and create a sense of identity and achievement.
