Congratulations to Ray Tully-Mayne (12T) who won two gold medals, one silver medal and a bronze medal in Brazilian Jujitsu last weekend. Well done!
A reminder that school is CLOSED tomorrow, 18th January due to the public sector strike which includes all teaching and non-teaching unions, transport workers and many other public sector services.
An update on school bus services this morning:
Rural routes that are not gritted are in dangerous condition due to the overnight snow and frost, the following areas are affected:
Straid
Raloo
Ballyboley
Greers Corner
The above areas will not be served unfortunately. Road conditions are too dangerous at present.
School services in Glengormley, Newtownabbey, Monkstown, Cloughfern, Mossley, Greenisland and Templepatrick are operating normally.

Currently all access roads to Ballyclare are not passable for buses. It is highly likely that we will have no school buses available at the end of the school day. Further information will be shared at 1pm today.

We would like to invite you to join us on Wednesday 3rd January from 1.00-3.00pm for our annual Open Afternoon. There will be an opportunity to take a tour around the school, see and take part in many exciting activities and talk to our current pupils and staff. There will also be an opportunity to attend the Acting Principal's talk at 1.00pm, 1.45pm or 2.30pm.
