The decision has been made to close our school and cancel the Open Afternoon scheduled for tomorrow - Monday 5th January 2026 due to adverse weather conditions. We will share details of a rescheduled date as soon as possible. In the meantime, keep warm and safe!

Some Year 10 pupils celebrated reading with a fun book swap! Pupils brought books they had already enjoyed reading and exchanged them for new ones. It was a great way to share stories, discover new favourites, and enjoy time together.
Class 9S at BSS took part in an inspiring online session with author Robin Stevens. Organised by The National Literacy Trust, the event encouraged us to embrace our creativity without relying on AI—focusing on confidence in our own original ideas!
Last weekend, 14th December, Molly competed at the Northern Ireland Championships and claimed the title of Northern Ireland Champion for the second consecutive year!
