Yesterday, our Mandarin teacher Wenjian visited the Home Economics department to demonstrate traditional Chinese cooking to pupils in 9JA. He prepared tomato egg noodles using authentic Chinese ingredients and flavours. The pupils thoroughly enjoyed the experience!
